Your Appointment at Mar Aesthetics, LLC

We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you at Mar Aesthetics. For the safety and comfort of all our clients, no extra guests (including friends, family, or children) are allowed in the boutique spa, we kindly ask that you please come alone to your appointment.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedule changes are necessary. To be respectful of everyone’s time, we kindly request that you provide at least 24-hours' notice if you need to reschedule or 48-hours' notice for cancellations. More details below.

RETAINER FEE & RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY: A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required (NO exceptions) to secure your appointment at Mar Aesthetics, LLC. This retainer fee will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment. It ensures that your booking is confirmed and helps us prepare for your personalized session. Please note that while the retainer is non-refundable, the following restrictions may apply. Clients are allowed to reschedule ONE (1) time to save retainer fee and transferred it if their do the reschedule with at least 24-hours' notice. Subsequent rescheduling will require a new retainer fee, and after 2 attempts, no further rescheduling will be allowed. Or, if cancellation is notified at least 48 hours in advance.

GIFT CARDS: EGift Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. Online Gift Cards/Certificates must be presented before services rendered, otherwise, an alternate form of payment will be expected. Valid ID is required at time of redemption. Not to be used for Products, Introductory Offers, Specials or Gratuity unless specified. In-store Gift Cards are treated like cash. Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-refundable. Redeem at time of payment. Any remaining balance will stay on Gift Card and be returned to the guest. Mar Aesthetics is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the Gift Card/Certificates.

LATE ARRIVAL: Please note that if a guest is late to their appointments, they will only receive the remaining time of their appointment, and if late more than 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and no services will be rendered, you will be required to reschedule with a new retainer fee. We recommend planning ahead to allow time for parking and to make yourself comfortable before the start of your appointment. If you are running late due to traffic or weather, please let us know as soon as possible.
NO-SHOW/NON-CALL: Not showing up nor non-call to your appointment will results in being charged 75% of the entire service (NO EXCEPTIONS) to cover operational costs, ensuring we can continue to provide high-quality service.

REFOUNDS & OTHERS: All sales (retainer(s), service(s) and/or product(s), fees) are final. No refunds. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items in our establishment or outside of it.

As a courtesy, we will call, text or email to confirm your service appointments one to two business days prior to your appointment date. Please confirm or change your appointments as soon as possible as missed appointments or late-cancellations will be charged the cancellation fee.
